All “personal information” that you give to us will be protected and kept confidential among LMLSD and its affiliated companies in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy. With your permission, we may collect certain types of personal information in order to communicate with you regarding LMLSD-related products, services, promotional events or contests. If any Unsolicited Materials that you provide to LMLSD are protected by third party copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, you agree to indemnify LMLSD against any claims or actions brought against LMLSD relating to LMLSD’s use or possession of the Unsolicited Materials. LMLSD shall have no obligation to return any Unsolicited Materials received by LMLSD.
